Get to know Kkot

Kkot, meaning flower in Korean ( 꽃 ), is a Seattle-based skincare brand born out of a family's collective health struggles. 

After battling his own bout of sickness and surgery, Heung went back to school to pursue acupuncture and herbal medicine. During his studies, he and his youngest child, Tammi, took a class at a local herbal shop to learn how to make natural lip balms. Tammi had struggled with eczema since infancy. Making lip balms was the catalyst in creating Kkot.

To protect, nurture, and beautify the foundation of the sense of touch using an environmentally-conscious approach. We aim to provide premium skincare products to help create a holistic experience and to promote a healthy lifestyle. 

Our Process

Each of our products is infused not only with effective herbs, but also with the spirit of a chosen figure whose life journey inspired its creation. Our innovative, and scientifically-researched recipes are formulated by our in-house expert and founder, Heung. Our ingredients are always naturally-sourced and free of chemicals.
